2. Real Estate Marketing Use
All images, videos, and media content produced by ImagePro Metro Vancouver Media are created to enhance property presentation. They may include artistic enhancements such as lighting adjustments, color correction, virtual staging, and perspective optimization. These enhancements are not intended to mislead but to present the property in its best possible light.
Clients (including realtors, developers, and property owners) are solely responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials comply with applicable real estate advertising standards and disclosure requirements in British Columbia.
3. Drone Operations & Compliance
All drone operations conducted by ImagePro Metro Vancouver Media comply with regulations set by Transport Canada under the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
- All drone pilots are certified and operate in accordance with federal aviation laws.
- Flights are conducted only where legally permitted and safe to do so.
- Drone operations are subject to airspace restrictions, weather conditions, safety assessments, and property permissions.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify drone services if conditions do not meet legal or safety requirements.
4. Privacy & Neighboring Properties
While capturing real estate media, reasonable care is taken to respect the privacy of neighboring properties and individuals. However:
- Incidental capture of adjacent properties, public spaces, or individuals may occur.
- It is the client’s responsibility to notify occupants, tenants, or relevant parties prior to media production.
- ImagePro Metro Vancouver Media is not liable for claims arising from a lack of notification or consent by the client.
5. Property Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is safe, clean, and ready for photography or filming at the scheduled time.
ImagePro Metro Vancouver Media is not liable for:
- Injuries or damages resulting from unsafe conditions on-site
- Delays caused by unprepared properties
Additional costs due to rescheduling or extended shoot time
6. Weather & Uncontrollable Conditions
Photography, videography, and especially drone services are subject to weather and environmental conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust services due to rain, wind, lighting conditions, or other factors beyond our control to maintain quality and safety standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law in British Columbia, ImagePro Metro Vancouver Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our media content or services.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All media produced by ImagePro Metro Vancouver Media remains the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for:
