Video Tutorials

Watch before your shoot — short, practical videos that save time
and help you get better results on the day.

Media Glossary

Plain-English definitions for every term you'll encounter in a photography and video brief—no jargon left unexplained.

HDR Blending

High Dynamic Range blending—a technique where multiple exposures of the same frame are merged to capture both the bright exterior views through windows and the darker interior simultaneously. Standard in all our residential shoots.

Blue Hour

The 20–30 minute window after sunset when the sky turns a deep, saturated blue and interior lights glow warmly. This is the ideal window for twilight exterior shots — we time our arrival to shoot within this exact window.

Matterport 3D Tour

An interactive, navigable 3D model of a property captured with a dedicated LiDAR-equipped camera. Buyers can "walk through" the property online, view floor plans, and measure rooms. MLS-compatible embed links included.

Virtual Staging

Digitally adding furniture, décor, and finishes to photos of an empty property. Delivered alongside the original empty shots — must be disclosed as virtually staged in listings per RECBC guidelines.

RPAS (Drone) Certificate

Remotely Piloted Aircraft System license issued by Transport Canada. All ImagePro drone operators hold advanced RPAS certification, enabling flights in controlled airspace and near populated areas—legally and safely.

MLS Optimised Files

JPEGs colour-corrected, cropped, and sized to REBGV upload specifications (2048 px on the long edge, sRGB color space). Delivered in a clearly labelled folder separate from the full-resolution files in your private portal.

Ambient Light Balancing

A post-processing technique where window views, ceiling lights, lamps, and natural light are individually corrected and blended so each light source appears natural, eliminating the blown-out windows or dark interiors common in smartphone photos

Listing Video Reel

A 60–90 second vertical video package formatted for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Stories. Includes music, animated text overlays, and the property address—delivered as an MP4 ready to post directly to social media.

Dolly Move

A smooth, motorized lateral camera movement is used in cinematic videography to reveal spaces elegantly. Creates a high-end, editorial feel—standard in our Professional and Premium video packages.

Floor Plan Add-On

A measured, dimensioned floor plan drawn from our site measurements or Matterport scan data. Delivered as a print-ready PDF and a web-optimized PNG. Helps buyers visualize furniture layouts and spatial relationships before visiting.

Rush Delivery

Our standard turnaround is 24 hours from shoot completion. Rush delivery guarantees delivery within 6 hours of the shoot ending — available as a paid add-on when a listing needs to go live the same day.

Private Delivery Portal

Our secure, password-protected online delivery system. Preview, approve, and pay for your images before downloading. Files are organized by type (MLS, web, print, video) and stored for 90 days after delivery.
